Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Replacement Lenses and Accessories: Generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Prescription Lenses: Typically require 7–10 business days for preparation and quality checks.
Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, customs clearance, and other external factors.
Free shipping is applicable only for standard delivery options(For orders to Romania, a shipping fee of $7.00 applies).

Shipping Location
We ship to all the regions and countries listed above. If we encounter any restrictions or are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you promptly via email to discuss alternative options.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active. Keep in mind that tracking updates may take 48 to 72 hours to appear.
If you experience any difficulties tracking your package, feel free to contact us. We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at hello@custom-lenses.com. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and keep you updated. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. For replacement lenses and accessories, cancellations are accepted until the item is dispatched. For custom prescription products, cancellations are only possible before the prescription specifications are confirmed via email; once confirmed, cancellations are no longer accepted.
If your payment has been processed but the order has not yet been shipped (or, for custom products, before prescription specifications are confirmed), you may cancel it and receive a full refund.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been dispatched or, for custom prescription products, once the prescription specifications have been confirmed.
Customs Fees
In rare cases, your order may incur customs fees imposed by your government. These charges are your responsibility, and we have no control over the customs process. Please contact your local customs office for more information on tariffs, duties, or fees.
Sales Tax
We do not charge any sales tax on orders.
