Custom-Lenses Rewards: Program Terms Summary
Program Basics
Custom-Lenses Rewards is a loyalty program operated by CUSTOM-LENSES.COM. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. Membership is for personal use only, available to individuals 18+ with a valid email (one account per person).
Earning Points
Purchases: 1 point per $1 spent on merchandise subtotal (excludes tax, shipping, gift cards). Points post after order fulfillment.
Bonuses: Typical one-time bonus is 50 points for actions like:
Program enrollment
Newsletter sign-up
Referrals: Earn 100 points when a referred friend completes their first qualifying order.
Adjustments: Points are reversed for refunds. We may correct point errors at any time.
Redeeming Points
Value: 100 points = $5 discount or 50 points = $2 discount
Current Rewards:
$2 discount: 50 points (Minimum spend $40)
$5 discount: 100 points (Minimum spend $20)
Redemption Rules:
Rewards are single-use codes for CUSTOM-LENSES.COM only.
One reward per order (unless otherwise stated).
Redemption Cap: Maximum 100 points ($5) per order.
Non-Transferable: Points/Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or combined across accounts.
Point Expiration
Points remain valid with account activity (earning or redeeming) at least once every 12 months. Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 consecutive months) may have points expire.
Program Management
We may change, suspend, or terminate the Program or any benefits at any time without notice.
We may suspend/terminate accounts, reverse points, or revoke Rewards for suspected abuse, fraud, violation of terms, or account inactivity.
You may cancel membership anytime via your account (forfeiting all points/Rewards).
Important Legal Provisions
Liability: Our maximum liability for Program-related claims is $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Dispute Resolution: Claims must be filed within one year. Unless you opt out within 30 days of enrollment, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration (no class actions).
Opt-Out: Send written notice to [hello@custom-lenses.com] with your name, account email, and statement opting out of arbitration.
